Natalie joined the Fortune Financial Hitchin team in April 2023 as a Mortgage & Protection Case Manager. Natalie supports our mortgage broking team progressing our clients mortgage applications to ensure we continue to offer excellent client service to our clients. Natalie liaises with clients, mortgage professionals and other Fortune Financial colleagues to ensure the mortgage process runs efficiently and smoothly.
